RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return and exchange will be accepted for items that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, and returned within 7-days of receipt for local orders and 14-days or more for international orders. All shipping costs for the return will be borne entirely by the customer. However, customers are advised to notify us at online@omarali.com.my by quoting the order number and the product details.
